Hi, I’m Vanessa! I’m a junior in high school, and when I’m not studying, you’ll likely find me cheering on the sidelines, running track, or playing with the band. I’m also the founder of “The EmpowerED Project”, a nonprofit dedicated to educating others about eating disorders and helping them improve their wellness and confidence. I created this journal to share the activities and tools that have helped me along my own journey toward better mental and physical health.
